  • We have operating privileges at Treasure Valley Hospital. Emergency visits will be addressed at the closest Emergency Care Hospital.

  • Yes we do, though we highly recommend office visits. When you speak to our scheduling staff, please let them know that you would prefer a tele-health appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Yes we do, for Echo only or Holter only orders. Your referring provider will need to obtain Prior Authorization prior to scheduling with us.

  • We will have one by October 1, 2023.

  • Yes, there will be a provider on call every night and weekends.

Insurance and billing

  • We accept cash, check, or card payment. We will do our best to contact you in advance so you know what that amount might be when you arrive for your visit.

Scheduling and appointments

  • Appointments (excluding nuclear medicine studies) must be cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time (or by noon on Friday for Monday appointments). Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a $50 fee. Some exceptions may apply. After 3 no shows and an unpaid balance you will not be able to make another appointment until your balance is paid in full.

    Appointments for nuclear medicine studies, that require pre ordering of expensive medications, must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations, no-shows, and failure to follow nuclear study prep, including not avoiding caffeine, will result in a $200 fee. Some exceptions may apply.

    Procedures, performed by our providers at Treasure Valley Hospital, that are no showed or cancelled less than 10 business days prior to the procedure will incur a $500 fee. Some exceptions may apply.

    If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment start time you may need to be rescheduled.

  • If you need to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, please call us at 208-398-4306.

  • Our clinic is open:
    • Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm

    • Friday 8am–noon

  • Referral requirements are pay specific. Please check with your insurance and call your primary care for a new referral if applicable. If your provider ordered an Echo or Holter monitor to be completed at our clinic, they will need to obtain Prior Authorization prior to scheduling.

  • We are centrally located in the Treasure Valley at 3015 E Goldstone Drive, Suite 230, Meridian, ID 83642

  • Free parking is available in a surface parking lot, directly outside our clinic doors.
